		<description>I think "cleaning it up" is ok to an extent. Like you said taking out the "uhs and ums" it okay, but not completly taking sentences out. One sentence could change the entire meaning or a point that is trying to be made...</description>

		<description>You are definately right that a lot more work goes into a finished product than most may realize.  I agree with one of the comments about it taking a very talented person to be a great  public speaker.</description>
