Rebecca’s Pocket

The article Rebecca’s pocket reflects on the usage of weblogs and how they have expanded.  Weblog are open to the public as a free service.  It is stated that both readers and writers need to be transformed from audience to public, and I agree that the public needs to be heard.  I think the public has a huge impact on this world and with their help and opinions it can help with self expression, as said in the article.  However, I also think the media does a good job of displaying information.  Therefore, I am caught in the middle of both sides, but see postive attributes in both of them.
